Maybe allow individuals to select whether they consider themselves a newbie (would prefer to sit in as no.3, with two others) or not? –> ease work of assigner in assignment process. (Maybe not call it the “newbie flag”, sounds slightly discriminatory. Use a nice rising star symbol or something. :-)))) (cv) +1
