Greeting should be "Hi Na!" instead of "Ohai!

As it is common knowledge to proper way to be greeted according to Krek is "Hi Na!". As the LOC mails don't follow this best practice the customer can get confused.

Expected behavior:

Receive mails with "Hi Na!" as greeting
