Add ability for special helpdesk accounts without an e-mail adress and longer token lifetime.

The helpdesk has some laptops for angles to use. For these laptops there should exits transport tool accounts. But there is no e-mail address for them. Additionally it would be nice if these accounts would stay logged in longer.
