Bugfix release for v0.2.0

Additional headers caused problems, as their origins can contain utf-8 values, but headers must be encoded in latin-1. The additional headers were not used anywhere, therefore the simplest solution is to remove them.

Breaking change for compatability with uffd v2

The LDAP DN is no longer available via the OAUTH-USER-LDAP-DN header. Previous
uffd-nginxauth versions are incompatible with uffd v2.

Bugfix release for v0.1.0

The config was not properly loaded from /etc/uffd-nginxauth/uffd-nginxauth.cfg
and the service instead used the default config values. This should now work
as expected.
