Relax repository permissions

Now that we have a license... I would like to set the repository to "internal" at least, so other people with cccv-login can have a look.

Currently it is set to "private". I would not mind it being "public" either, if that's what you prefer.

I was told that we were not supposed to use the github org any more

Gitlab has a repository mirroring feature we could use to keep a Github-Mirror up2date: https://git.cccv.de/c3lingo/rescheduled/-/settings/repository#js-push-remote-settings
