Custom data handling & dynamic import job listing

Adds a proper UI for selecting a ImportJob class and entering its required data. ImportJob classes can now define what fields they need, as well as give a friendly title, description, and placeholder for the UI. The UI is dynamically rendered with Turbo and Stimulus.
