assembly team rework

The villageassembly team wants to be able to send mails to assemblies. While doing this, I did change other stuff, too:

• activity log for changes to assemblies
• full rename of "Village" back to "Assembly" (and "Habitat" to "Cluster")
• exchange of Bootstrap 4 with 5 in the backoffice
