improved filter layout for better mobile viewing

small change to improve the viewing on mobile devices. This shifts the "filter by" row to allign with the other rows and adds a small spacing below. As a side effect this moves the "Show n entries" row to the left and alligns it with the other rows too. This improves the view on mobile devices as the second row will not be shifted to the right outside the screen.
