Update favorite system

* Add favorite_of field to Project
* Rename all favorited_by fields to favorite_of
* Merge helpers for personal_calendar and favorites lists
* Remove personal_calendar view and references
* Remove personal_calendar from tests
* Add fallback to remove personal_calendar if the event ist still
  linked this way
