uffd-admin role update removes description if not specified

uffd-admin role update removes the description from the role if one was not specified.

For example uffd-admin role update noc_member --add-group team_noc will remove the description. It doesn't do a full reset (e.g. doesn't remove other group membership), just loses the description.

(I think it sometimes loses the description through the GUI too but I haven't been able to nail it down sufficiently to file a bug report).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
