dark mode

Adds dark mode base on browser / system preferences. The default mode stays light. The dark mode uses this bootstrap theme: https://github.com/ForEvolve/bootstrap-dark (MIT).

In general the dark mode looks ok every where. For sso.cccv.de the images for Zammad and and QR code look bad in dark mode.
